sopra saranno accessibili ai dipendenti e collaboratori assegnati ai competenti uffici dell\u2019Universit\u00e0, ovvero a persone fisiche o giuridiche che prestano attivit\u00e0 di servizio verso l\u2019Universit\u00e0 ai fini dell\u2019erogazione di servizi strumentali al perseguimento delle suddette finalit\u00e0 (ad esempio: fornitori del servizio di&nbsp;<em>cloud class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">\u00c8 previsto il trasferimento all\u2019estero dei dati sul server del fornitore del servizio di&nbsp;<em>cloud computing<\/em>, residente all\u2019interno dell\u2019Unione Europea e certificato AgID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">I dati forniti o raccolti verranno conservati per un arco di tempo non superiore al conseguimento delle finalit\u00e0 per le quali sono trattati (\u201cprincipio di limitazione della conservazione\u201d: art.5 del Regolamento) o per i tempi di conservazione previsti da norme di legge o regolamenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DIRITTI DEGLI INTERESSATI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">Gli interessati hanno il diritto di ottenere dall\u2019Universit\u00e0, nei casi previsti, l&#8217;accesso ai dati personali e la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi o la limitazione del trattamento che li riguarda o di opporsi al trattamento (art. 15 e seguenti del Regolamento).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">In particolare, ai sensi dell&#8217;art. 7 del Regolamento, gli interessati possono esercitare in qualsiasi momento il proprio diritto di revoca del consenso (anche con le modalit\u00e0 sopra indicate), senza che
