- September 30th, 2025: deadline for submitting workshop proposals. Proposals should not exceed 2,500 characters (spaces included) and should be accompanied by a list of essential references.
For organizational purposes, we kindly ask you to express your interest in participating in the LVLT 2026 conference by September 30th 2025 (simply indicating your intention to attend). Please note that such an expression of interest, while useful to us, does not in any way affect acceptance to the conference. - October 31st, 2025: notification of acceptance or rejection of workshop proposals. The list of accepted workshops for which paper proposals may be submitted is published in the Workshops page.
- January 31st, 2026: deadline for submitting titles and abstracts, both for individual papers and workshops papers. Abstracts should not exceed 1,500 characters (spaces included) and must be accompanied by a list of essential references.
We kindly invite participants to send only one paper proposal, either within a workshop or as individual paper. Any additional proposals may not be accepted. - February 28th 2026: notification of paper acceptance.
- March 1st 2026: opening of conference registration.
- May 31st 2026: deadline for Early bird registration.
- August 15th 2026: deadline for regular registration.
