- September 30th, 2025: Deadline for submitting workshop proposals. Proposals must not exceed 2500 characters (spaces included) and should be accompanied by an essential bibliography.
- October 31st, 2025: Notification of acceptance or rejection of workshop proposals. Concurrently, the list of accepted workshops for which paper proposals may be submitted will be published here.
- January 31st, 2026: Final deadline for submitting titles and abstracts, both for individual papers and workshop papers. Abstracts must not exceed 1500 characters (spaces included) and should include a brief list of references.
For organizational purposes, we kindly ask you to send us an expression of interest in participating in LVLT 2026 (simply indicating your intention to attend) by September 30th, 2025. This expression of interest is helpful for us but does not affect the official acceptance to the conference, which will be based solely on the reception of the abstract by January 31st, 2026.
